Hi my name is Edgar, I was raised in New Jersey. I am a tattoo artist and owner of Alpha Ink
Studio. The world of art/tattooing has been my passion for as long as I can remember. It has
been 8 years of being in this industry, and it has allowed me to have/learn versatility in all
different types of styles.I enjoy doing all kinds of projects, especially those unique/complex
ones. I love to watch anime, listen to music, and spend time with my children and family during
my down time.

My name is Grace Friedman, born and raised in Hamilton/Trenton, NJ, and I’ve been an artist
as long as I could hold a pencil. I started my tattoo career in Burlington right after the pandemic
and have loved it ever since. Styles that I absolutely LOVE to do are anything
creepy/horror-related, black & grey realism, gothic, and heavy blackwork, but enjoy doing a little
bit of everything!
I’m always down to watch a horror movie or The Office during your session. I have fidget toys &
snacks!

Hi my name is Andrew, I am currently a Working Apprentice for Alpha Ink Studio. I’ve been drawing ever
since I was young and I’ve always wanted to pursue a career with my art. When I got introduced
to tattoos, at first I was a bit intimidated by the industry. Little by little as I learned more about
tattooing, I’ve become more intrigued and very passionate about attaining the skills in this field.
Not only is it humbling but this place has helped me grow as an artist and eventually I hope to

Hi my name is Katie and I’ve worked at Alpha Ink Studio since May of 2023. I was born and
raised in Hamilton Township graduating from Steinert High School in 2014 and getting an
associates in Illustration from Mercer County Community College in 2017. I have been drawing
since I could remember and fell in love with the idea of tattooing back in high school. Since then
I knew it was the career I wanted to have. I was inspired by my grandmother growing up who
was an incredible artist and looked up to her a lot.

I was very lucky to have gotten an apprenticeship from Edgar at this shop. We first met while I
was working for a game store as their graphic designer and I had mentioned my interest in
tattooing. Months later I was given the opportunity to become an apprentice which felt unreal at
the time. I am so thankful for the opportunity to be a part of this team and have the chance to
create art for others that is meaningful and everlasting. Or something that just looks really cool!
I enjoy tattooing pop culture references such as anime, movie characters, or references to any
media....especially Lord of the Rings. But other than that give me your favorite floral or even
dark/creepy designs and I can illustrate something unique to you! I love to get excited about a
new project and the more involved the better. I strive to create an environment that is fun but
also comfortable to help make the best experience possible. Let’s have some fun and make
some great art together!

My name is Alaina and I am a Working Apprentice at Alpha Ink Studio.
I have always loved art and drawing, especially painting. I spent three months at the Barcelona
Academy of Art in Spain, where I studied painting and drawing techniques. Since coming back
to the U.S., I started my apprenticeship with Alpha Ink Studio in 2023 and have been part of the
family ever since! Besides drawing and tattooing, I spend the rest of my time outside, hiking or
running, or in college, studying Geological Science.

Hi! I’m Evelyn, I’m currently a Working Apprentice at Alpha Ink Studio. I am Ecuadorian and Colombia and have been drawing since I was little. I’m a mostly self-taught artist and have wanted to be a tattoo artist since I was 6! I love to tattoo styles such as realism and American traditional. When I’m not at the shop I like to go hiking, work out, and playing guitar.
